What This Extension Does

Live Amazon Rank Tracker is a Chrome extension that checks today's Amazon search for the ASINs and keywords you enter and saves the ranks as CSV or Excel files on your computer.

When you click "Check ranks," the extension looks up your keywords on Amazon in this browser — the same kind of search you would run yourself. It finds the ASINs you entered and shows the results on the extension's app tab.

If you use Pro and type a zip or postcode, the extension asks Amazon to use that delivery location for the check, then puts your previous location back. Free checks do not change your Amazon delivery location.

When you click CSV or Excel, the file downloads to your computer. Milton Styles LLC never sees, receives, or stores that file.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect any personal information
• We do not collect your Amazon account credentials, username, or password
• We do not collect your Amazon session tokens or cookies
• We do not record or store your browsing history
• We do not collect or store the rank results you check or export
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking of any kind
• We do not place any tracking pixels or identifiers

How Your Data Is Handled

All rank checking happens inside your browser. Your results are not sent to Milton Styles LLC. They are not sent to our website. They are not uploaded anywhere.

The extension remembers a little information on this computer: the form you last used (ASINs, keywords, marketplace, and options), and your last check so you can export it again. That information stays in your browser. It does not go to us.

CSV and Excel files download directly to your computer using Chrome's normal file download. We never see those files.

What Happens on Amazon

A check searches Amazon for the keywords you entered. If you are signed in to Amazon in this browser, Amazon may use that session — just as it would if you searched Amazon yourself. We do not log you out, and we do not store your Amazon password.

If you use Pro and type a zip or postcode, Amazon is asked to use that delivery location for the check, then restore what you had. That request goes to Amazon, not to us.

Permissions Explained

The extension requests only the permissions needed to function:

Supported Amazon sites: amazon.com, amazon.ca, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.es, amazon.co.jp, amazon.in, amazon.com.mx, amazon.com.au, amazon.nl, amazon.com.br.

Third Parties

Your rank results are never shared with anyone. The extension has no servers of its own and no analytics service.

Payment processing (Pro tier only): If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) using Stripe. ExtensionPay uses a non-personally-identifiable identifier from your Chrome browser — not your Amazon account — to check subscription status. Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. Full payment method details — including your full card number and security code — are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never visible to Milton Styles LLC. Your name, card information, and payment data are subject to the privacy policies of ExtensionPay and Stripe.

Subscription status check: When the extension loads, it contacts extensionpay.com to see whether Pro is active. No rank results, Amazon account information, or browsing history is included in that request.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the extension's Chrome Web Store update log.
